DO NOT use 2 packages of pizza dough together. It makes 1 GINORMOUS pizza that's virtually impossible to flip! Instead, continue to buy 2 packages of pizza dough, but keep them separate. Roll them into a 10" circle..or about..
This way, you can remove them from the grill and flip them easily with a metal grill spatula...rather than a spatula in each hand, and a very patient assistant to "take it" while you scream at him/her!!
